I think in this song Helen Reddy defends female empowerment because she says this, and this it makes me think that is speaks about women being able to participate in decision-making and power, just as men do.

This song became in 1975 the official hymn for the International Year of Women promoted by the UN and that we celebrate every 8th of March  since then.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR HISTORY 1. What is the story of tell-tale heart about? This story is about an old man, he had a completely white eye. A day came when the person who took care of him killed him and hid the body under his room. The police went to investigate the disappearance of the old man. The person who killed him started listening to the heartbeat of the old man. He reached a point where he couldn't take it anymore and confessed that he was the murderer. 2. Who wrote the tell-tale heart about? Edgar Allan Poe wrote the tell-heart and invented the first macabre stories. 3. What was the first P.H.S? He wrote in 1835 Metzengerstein , and this was the first psychological horror story. 4. When was it first published?  The first published of Edgar Allan Poe was in 1827.  5. What other story tyoe did the author aslo invent? He wrote about science fiction and detective fiction. Wrote some poems and stories too.

MY HEROINE

MY HEROINE   My heroine is my sister. Her name is Ainhoa Guirado, she is 19 years old. She studies nursing at the INS Alexandre Deulofeu and has the title of attention to people in situation of dependence. When she obtains the title of nursing she would like to study psychology.      My sister doesn't have time to practice any sport because she studies in the afternoons, but she is very retless.  I like to spend time with her because she makes me laugh a lot, makes me forget everything if I have had a bad day or if I have problems. She does everything she can so I can be well and always there when I need her.       She is strong, brave and honest. She is always smiling and helping everyone despite how bad her emotional situation may be.
